Lumos Physiotherapy is a Sydney-based mobile allied health service supporting older adults and families across the Hills District, Upper & Lower North Shore and North West Sydney.
Our focus is practical, goal-based care that helps clients improve safety, mobility, confidence and independence at home.

Support At Home Physiotherapy
We provide mobile physiotherapy for older adults receiving support through Home Care Package/Support at Home program and the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our physiotherapy service focuses on helping clients maintain independence, reduce falls risk, improve mobility and stay safe at home.

NDIS Physiotherapy
We provide mobile physiotherapy for eligible NDIS participants who require support to improve their physical function, mobility, safety and participation in daily life.
Our NDIS physiotherapy service is focused on functional goals, capacity building and practical therapy that supports the participant’s everyday needs.

Podiatry & Occupational Therapy
In addition to physiotherapy, Lumos Allied Health can help connect clients with podiatry and occupational therapy services to support broader health, safety and independence at home.
These services may be suitable for older adults, Home Care Package clients, Support at Home clients, NDIS participants and private clients.
